Heather on the reception was very helpful and contacted me regarding results and passed on advise from the doctor. The advise from the doctor will help me in the future. I didn't feel I needed any involvement in decisions about treatment or care and was happy with the recommendations from the doctor. Thank you

Shocking level of care not interested first saying live with it then going straight to invasive camera procedure before perusing other options an unacceptable medical position to take, I have tried to get phone calls and there just not interested they have no interest in perusing the medical condition to conclusion, I have tryed to get appointments but you have to phone at 08:00 which I can't do, all in all a shocking way to run a health care facility id say more interested in numbers through than actually getting people sorted

1st time ever been to this surgery, very friendly staff , very clean, not to long a wait. I loved the way the doctors come out and call you personally and hold the door for you!very impressed with Whitehaven surgery! I would rather go here than egremont ! I just wish it was easier to get a doctors appointment!
